Inclement Weather Policy
In case of snow or other potentially hazardous weather situations, a decision may be made to close or delay opening the agency. Once that decision is made, television station WOOD TV8 is notified and it will be posted among their cancellations.

Clothing Donations
If you would like to donate gently used professional clothing or accessories to our Working Women’s Clothes Closet, please bring your donations to our office at least one hour prior to the close of business. Donations are tax deductible. Please see our Donation Guidelines for information about the types of clothing which are most helpful to our clients.
