Kent District Library (KDL) is recognized for their inclusion and diversity culture, KDL facilitates career advancement through peer-staff mentoring, external professional development, and a formalized leadership institute. With the "KDL Way", customers and staff from all walks of life feel welcome and comfortable.

UPS is highlighted for their efforts in facilitating career development and inclusion and diversity initiatives.  In a male dominated industry, UPS has been proactive in creating leadership development program for women. The Great Lake Women's Leadership Development Business Resource Group has grown substantially since it was established in 2013. The success of the women's group has led to the development of other business resource groups serving diverse employee populations.
